Full job description

We are seeking an experienced Panel Beater to carry out high-quality structural and non-structural repairs in a busy, professional workshop. You will work closely with our paint and prep teams, communicate progress, and help us meet quality and turnaround targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Carry out panel repairs and replacements to manufacturer and BS10125 standards
  • Repair, straighten, align and prepare panels to a high finish
  • Use appropriate welding and bonding techniques where required
  • Work efficiently to daily and weekly targets while maintaining quality
  • Communicate job progress with the office and workshop team
  • Keep a clean, safe working environment and follow H&S procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years recent bodyshop experience as a Panel Beater
  • Proven background in a professional accident repair or bodyshop environment
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Own tools required
  • City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent is desirable but not essential
  • ATA accreditation is an advantage
