Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to represent our brand and engage with customers in a variety of settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong marketing skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service whilst carrying out door to door marketing. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products, enhancing brand awareness, and building lasting relationships with customers.

Duties

  • Actively promote and represent the brand at events, trade shows, and in-store demonstrations.
  • Engage with customers to provide product information, answer queries, and enhance their shopping experience.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Collect feedback from customers to relay insights to the marketing team for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the products and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing or as a Brand Ambassador is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Bilingual skills are highly desirable, enabling effective communication with a broader customer base.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by events or promotions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £400.00-£600.00 per week
