Are you someone with excellent customer service skills who could join our Works Planning team? In this role, you will be required to provide a high quality, customer-orientated, advice and information service, on the phone and online, specifically in relation to housing repairs and asset works.

What we are looking for in the successful candidate:

The successful candidate will have experience of providing information and advice in a customer service setting, as well as a knowledge and understanding of repairs work and works planning. You will also be able to use your own initiative, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a busy environment.
