About the Role:

SA Scaffolding Limited is looking for skilled On-Site Scaffolders to join our expanding team of professionals. As a key part of our projects, you will be responsible for the assembly, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolding structures while ensuring full compliance with safety regulations and best practices.

This role is ideal for experienced scaffolders who take pride in precision, safety, and teamwork. Opportunities for progression into Team Lead roles and development for Trainees & Apprentices are also available.

We are looking for efficient scaffolders to come in and help improve the process in order to be part of the core team and effectively reduce excess onsite resource and associated wastage.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and efficiently.

Work collaboratively with site teams to ensure project deadlines are met.

Adhere to industry safety standards and best practices.

Conduct routine inspections to maintain structural integrity.

Assist in training apprentices and junior scaffolders where applicable.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as an on-site scaffolder in construction or industrial settings.

Strong knowledge of scaffolding techniques, materials, and safety protocols.

CISRS (or equivalent) certification preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to safety and quality.

A team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience leading teams or mentoring apprentices.

Advanced scaffolding certifications.

Strong understanding of site logistics and operational planning.
