In this vital role, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of the young person. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will make a meaningful difference every day.
Duties
- Design and implement effective lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and/or EHCP outcomes.
- Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions across various subjects, adapting teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
- Support students with special educational needs by tailoring approaches to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Track student progress and adapt accordingly to ensure engagement, enjoyment and progress.
- Communicate clearly with team members regularly.
Requirements
- Hold a valid Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Demonstrate experience in teaching or tutoring across different age groups.
- Have practical experience working with children or students with special educational needs.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively connect with students, parents/carers, and colleagues.
- Show a genuine passion for education with a commitment to building positive relationships. Pay: £35.00-£40.00 per hour
