Civil Litigation Lawyer – Historic West Yorkshire Firm

Location: West Yorkshire 

Experience: 3+ Years PQE (NQ considered with right experience)
Salary: £32,000 - £45,000
Type: Permanent, Full-Time

What You'll Be Doing:


• Managing a varied caseload of civil litigation matters


• Handling debt recovery, consumer rights, and breach of contract cases


• Dealing with misrepresentation, nuisance, and possession proceedings


• Managing adverse possession claims and employment disputes


• Drafting court forms and issuing court proceedings


• Preparing bundles for courts and counsel


• Working with a supportive team with extensive litigation experience

What We're Looking For:


• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3+ years PQE (NQ considered with right range)


• Previous experience in debt recovery, consumer rights, breach of contract


• Knowledge of possession notices, enforcement, and adverse possession claims


• Court procedure experience including drafting and bundle preparation


• Strong litigation skills and attention to detail


• Team player with genuine enthusiasm for civil litigation
