- Build and maintain good working relationships with practice groups, insurance markets, clients, carriers, and underwriters to provide seamless client service.
- Keep clients informed about changes in insurance and risk management markets that may affect their coverage.
- Work closely with client teams to support client retention and new business opportunities.
- Support placement and technical activities on assigned accounts, including ensuring compliance, reviewing data, updating renewal documents, and maintaining accurate records.
- Communicate clearly with management about client issues or trends and help develop solutions.
- Use your analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate projects and create tailored solutions through data research and analysis.
- Communicate effectively with clients, government officials, reinsurers, and other stakeholders.
- Manage projects efficiently to help coordinate and deliver initiatives on time.
What you need to have:
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in insurance or reinsurance, ideally with some exposure to the public sector.
- Experience working with data analysis, optimisation exercises, and report preparation.
- Familiarity with parametric insurance solutions, especially in Latin America and the Caribbean, is a plus.
- Strong commercial awareness, strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and adaptability.
What makes you stand out?
- Knowledge of public sector challenges, including insurance regulations and government policies.
- A practical approach to developing and supporting placement strategies that meet client needs.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and insurance market contacts.
- Good project management skills with a focus on delivering results and client satisfaction.
- Understanding of regulatory environments and government policies affecting public sector insurance.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Why join our team:
