social housing contract
, delivering reactive maintenance to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out plumbing repairs and renewals
- Complete minor maintenance tasks using your multi-trade skills
- Collaborate with colleagues and contractors on complex jobs
- Use a PDA to receive and update job details
- Communicate with schedulers when follow-up work is needed
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents and clients
What You'll Need
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
- Full UK driving licence
- Plumbing experience in a similar environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
