Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Teacher role located in Warwick. The Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering effective lessons tailored to meet the needs of all students, including those with special educational needs. Responsibilities include creating inclusive learning environments, supporting student development, and collaborating with teaching assistants and support staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs). The role also involves maintaining classroom management, assessing student progress, and ensuring a safe and positive atmosphere for learners. Teachers are expected to uphold the school's values and contribute to its commitment to nurturing and inclusive education.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Lesson Planning and curriculum design to meet diverse learner needs
  • Strong capabilities in Teaching and Education to engage and inspire students
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, colleagues, and parents
  • Experience in delivering Training sessions or developing skill sets within an educational setting
  • Understanding of SEN teaching strategies, classroom management techniques, and behavior support
  • Relevant teaching qualifications and certifications (e.g., QTS, PGCE)
  • Experience working with SEN students is highly desirable
  • Compassion, patience, and a commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments
