We are working with a highly regarded regional law firm who are seeking an Insolvency Solicitor to join their specialist Insolvency & Corporate Recovery team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a broad mix of both contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters, with a strong emphasis on complex investigations and higher-value contentious instructions.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload whilst also collaborating on larger, multi-layered insolvency matters. You will join a friendly, collegiate team known for its expertise, market reputation and strong caseload flow, with full training and development support to grow your specialism.

Typical duties would include:

  • Managing a varied caseload across corporate and personal insolvency matters.
  • Assisting with complex contentious investigations and high-value disputes.
  • Advising on administrations, liquidations, bankruptcies and restructuring issues.
  • Supporting partners on major cases involving national clients and public bodies.
  • Taking an active role in business development and relationship building.

The successful candidate:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 1–6 years' PQE, ideally with prior insolvency experience.
  • Strong interest in contentious insolvency and investigative work.
  • Excellent technical, drafting and analytical skills.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to manage clients and deadlines.
  • Ambitious, collaborative and eager to develop within a specialist team.
