Job description:
Woodview Care Home is a modern 60 bed purpose-built and family-run care facility providing both Nursing and Residential care. Fully compliant with CQC standards, our home offers a supportive and fulfilling environment for older adults, including dedicated dementia care units.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Home Manager to lead our team and uphold the highest standards of care, clinical governance, and resident wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver outstanding person centered, dementia, and nursing care.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including CQC standards.
- Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the home.
- Drive continual improvement in care quality, resident satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Manage budgets and resources to maintain a cost-effective yet high-quality service.

Candidate Requirements
- NMC Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) – Adult, Mental Health, or Learning Disabilities.
- Ideally holds or is working toward a management qualification such as Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or the Registered Manager's Award.
- Proven experience as a CQC Registered Manager in a similar setting.
- Strong background in elderly and dementia care.
- Confident leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Able to effectively manage budgets and resources, ensuring a cost effective service that does not compromise on quality.
