Description We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. This role is pivotal in delivering a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience, while also providing vital administrative support across the business. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, ensuring smooth operations and upholding security protocols.

What you'll be doing
- Provide a personable and professional reception service for all visitors and staff.
- Operate the computerised telephone system and manage inboxes for Reception, Clearances, and Info.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and parcels.
- Administer building security passes and new starter packs, liaising with security personnel.
- Coordinate with RAF Brize Norton Main Gate security regarding contractor and visitor access.
- Support the Ring & Ride service, including scheduling, briefing drivers, and providing cover when needed.
- Deliver general administrative support including stationery orders, hire car arrangements, and event ticket sales.
- Manage personal locker allocation and resolve related issues.
- Act as incident controller during fire evacuations and liaise on first aid and base security protocols.
