About the role
Our team is no ordinary customer service team. As a Customer Service Associate you will be the first touch point our clients have with our brand, so we are looking for people who enjoy working as part of a high performing team and taking on new challenges.
We provide full on the job training, and our team deals with the usual customer service tasks, such as placing orders, providing quotations and setting up new accounts, through to dealing with technical queries and product insight.
We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, both with colleagues and customers. You will need excellent organisational skills in order to manage a busy workload whilst also retaining a keen eye for detail.
Some of your key responsibilities:
● Dealing with customer queries via phone and email
● Placing customer orders using mapping tools
● Monitor internal systems applicable to the role
● Assist other departments such as sales and consultancy teams with queries where
required
● Recommend suitable products and services to our customers
● Leveraging internal expertise to coordinate the handling of complex enquiries, ensuring timely completion to the satisfaction of the customer
Your skill set:
● Customer support, customer experience or customer service skills are essential
● Experience with Google Drive (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar
● CRM experience is preferred but not essential
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● A methodical and logical approach
● Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
● High level of accuracy and attention to detail
