Location: We hire with a focus on Dubai and Europe. For this role, we prefer candidates who are either based in Dubai or working remotely within +/- 4 hours GST time.

As a People Operations Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our people operations, ensuring that all people-related processes run smoothly. You'll handle people administration, data management, and compliance. You will coordinate onboarding, payroll, and employee inquiries. Your work will be essential to maintaining a positive employee experience and operational efficiency. Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Manage People tools and systems, optimising workflows and ensuring data integrity.
  • Prepare reports and analyse people metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Coordinate the department in delivering internal audits, policy updates, and implementation of people initiatives.
  • Manage the administration associated with onboarding and off-boarding, ensuring a smooth experience by coordinating administrative activities.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline people workflows.
Requirements
  • Experience in People & Culture or a similar role in administrative coordination.
  • A methodical approach to processes and systems..
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
