Nursery Practitioner Level 3 | Full-Time Early Years Role | £28,000
Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and making a real impact in early childhood development? Join our welcoming, inclusive nursery as a Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) and help shape the learning and growth of children aged 0–5. With a supportive team and a vibrant, child-focused environment, this full-time role offers the perfect balance of challenge, creativity, and reward.
What We're Looking For:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience or strong understanding of working with children aged 0–5
- Knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and early years frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, empathy, and a genuine passion for early childhood education
- Basic first aid awareness; willingness to complete paediatric first aid training if required

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities to support children's learning and development.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress, contributing to regular reports and updates.
- Ensure a safe, stimulating, and hygienic environment in line with safeguarding and health & safety standards.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication.
- Assist with daily routines including mealtimes, hygiene, and care needs.
- Work collaboratively with the nursery team to support smooth daily operations.
