About the Role:

Netcom Training — one of the UK's leading digital skills training providers — is looking for an enthusiastic Education Outreach Executive to join their growing team.

In this exciting role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential learners, engaging with them over the phone, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the enrolment process. You'll build meaningful relationships and play a key part in helping people take their first steps toward a new digital career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential learners via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Guide learners through the enrolment journey from initial enquiry to successful sign-up
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with learners
  • Work to achievable targets with uncapped commission potential
  • Represent Netcom Training's brand and values with professionalism and enthusiasm

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A motivated, target-driven attitude with a passion for helping others
  • Confidence speaking over the phone and building rapport quickly
  • Previous experience in customer service, telesales, or education outreach is an advantage (but not essential)

What's on Offer:

  • £25,000 basic salary
  • Uncapped commission with a realistic first-year OTE of £33,000–£35,000
