Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our dynamic hospitality team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth daily operations within our restaurant. Duties

  • Assist with food preparation to ensure timely service and quality standards are met
  • Serve customers efficiently and courteously, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Handle food safety procedures diligently, adhering to hygiene standards and health regulations
  • Manage basic maths for billing, cash handling, and inventory checks accurately
  • Support kitchen operations by organising supplies and maintaining cleanliness
  • Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and maximise sales opportunities
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues during busy periods
  • Ensure all tasks are completed within allocated timeframes, demonstrating effective time management

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices is advantageous
  • Basic maths skills for handling transactions and stock management
  • Experience in food preparation, serving, or kitchen work is desirable
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Culinary experience or kitchen background will be considered a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
  • Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and evenings if required
