Overview:

We are seeking a skilled
Algo Trading Specialist
to manage and optimize our algorithmic trading operations across the
UK, Germany, and France
stock markets. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical expertise, an in-depth understanding of market behavior, and hands-on experience with automated trading systems to deliver consistent trading performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage algorithmic trading bots for European equity markets (UK, Germany, France).
  • Perform detailed
    market trend and technical analysis
    to identify profitable trading opportunities.
  • Develop, backtest, and refine trading strategies based on quantitative insights and real-time data.
  • Monitor trading performance and implement risk management controls.
  • Collaborate with data and technology teams to improve trading system efficiency and reliability.
  • Stay updated with market developments, macroeconomic trends, and regulatory changes affecting European markets.

Key Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of
    European stock markets
    (UK, Germany, France).
  • Proven experience in
    technical and market analysis
    , including stock selection and timing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of
    risk management
    , order execution, and market microstructure.
  • Familiarity with
    algorithmic trading platforms
    , APIs, and trading infrastructure.
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in
    automated/algo trading

  • Educational background in
    Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related quantitative fields
