Experienced Sales Advisor – New Car Sales

Location: Leicester, Welford Road

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Salary: £40,000 OTE

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Advisor to join our New Car Sales team at Sandicliffe Leicester.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome and engage with customers, understanding their needs and guiding them through the new car buying process
  • Build lasting relationships by providing a professional, tailored service
  • Present finance, insurance, and product options clearly and compliantly
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Stay up to date with new car models, features, and manufacturer promotions

What We're Looking For

  • Previous sales experience – ideally in automotive, but we also welcome candidates from retail or customer service backgrounds
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A customer-first approach and a professional attitude
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Full UK driving licence
