Transaction Services – Associate Director / Director / Partner

Are you looking to take the lead in growing a market-leading Transaction Services team in the Midlands? If so, this could be an excellent opportunity.

Our client is a national firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors. Following a recent restructure and significant investment, the firm has ambitious growth plans for its Transaction Services function across the UK. As part of this expansion, they are seeking experienced, qualified accountants to join their Birmingham team at Associate Director, Director, or direct-entry Partner level.

The role will involve leading and managing a wide range of Transaction Services engagements across both Corporate and Private Equity clients, including some cross-border transactions.

Successful candidates will ideally have a minimum of five years' experience in Transaction Services or a closely related area. You will already be operating at this level within a medium or large professional services firm, or potentially in a senior commercial role within industry. You will demonstrate a strong understanding of key business drivers, the ability to analyse and interpret complex financial data, and experience producing clear, insightful reports such as financial due diligence and capital markets reports. At Director and Partner level, a proven track record in business development and an established client network will be highly advantageous.

You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing your team, overseeing complex and technically challenging assignments, delivering presentations to senior stakeholders, and actively networking within the wider business community.
