Summary

This consulting opportunity is to support our client,
a global consumer electronics company
, in the end-to-end management and delivery of executive customer briefings at their London Executive Briefing Centre. The centre is designed to inspire enterprise and education customers through curated, high-impact engagements that showcase transformative opportunities.
The project requires a
hands-on Executive Briefing Specialist
who can manage multiple simultaneous briefings, coordinate diverse stakeholder groups, and ensure each engagement delivers an outstanding, detail-driven customer experience.
The project needs a consultant who:
- Has experience delivering exceptional customer experiences within premium or high-touch environments
- Can manage complex logistics, vendors, and multiple internal stakeholders
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains accuracy, calmness, and professionalism
- Has experience working with senior executives and managing confidential or high-profile meetings.
Key services:
The key services that you will be asked to provide are:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple executive briefings simultaneously, including briefing administration, and coordinating all pre-briefing preparation
- Own on-the-day execution: welcoming hosts and attendees, ensuring rooms are prepared, guiding the host through the agenda, and ensuring all elements run seamlessly
- Coordinate vendors to ensure a consistently high-quality guest experience
- Partner with Account Executives, Industry Leads, Systems Engineers, and Sales Leaders to shape and support briefing content and objectives
- Collect and report on post-briefing feedback to support continuous improvement of the programme
Mandatory Requirements:
- Previous experience delivering high-quality customer service, ideally in a premium or executive-facing environment
- Experience working in fast-moving operational or customer-focused roles
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse teams
- Proven ability to manage logistics, administration, and timelines with accuracy and discipline
- High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
Optional Requirements:
It will also be advantageous if you:
- Have experience working in a briefing centre, executive centre, or premium hospitality environment
- Have previous event management or event logistics experience
- Have experience in consumer electronics, technology, or enterprise customer environments
- Have worked in roles requiring multi-stakeholder coordination across operations, facilities, logistics, or sales teams
