Summary

We are seeking full or part time dedicated chefs to join our opening team in middleton St George

This role is vital in ensuring our kitchen operates smoothly and maintains the high standards our guests expect, contributing to our mission of providing outstanding British cuisine and hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed.
  • Assist in meal preparation during busy service times.
  • work with team members to deliver excellent customer service.
  • maintain inventory and restock supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to optimize workflow.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different shifts as required.
