Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting various tasks across our projects, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and to a high standard. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work on your own as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Duties

Duties encompass, but are not limited to, general site maintenance, landscaping, painting, operation of various hand tools and machinery, joinery work, and additional related tasks.

  • Perform general site maintenance and cleaning to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as required.
  • Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision.
  • Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Report any hazards or issues to the site supervisor promptly.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as necessary.

Skills

  • Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety practices
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as required.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial

The wage is at minimum wage. The position entails working five days out of seven, between Monday and Sunday, with daily hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
