Carpet Roles UK are delighted to be assisting their Clients in the search for an additional Contract / Project Manager to manage works on their behalf across London and the South East.

The Company:
Our Clients are a fast growing Hampshire based player in the  Contract flooring sector who deal with a wide portfolio of Bespoke flooring projects throughout London, Home Counties and the South of England and are seeking an experienced and accomplished Contract flooring Project Manager to assist with their well established and regarded Business. Projects they work on are varied and include Office and Commercial and Residential Flooring Contracts of high value / volume flooring packages.

Duties:
The Duties will be to deal with a variety of large scale Commercial Flooring Projects at one time of varying value from the sign off of the estimate through the complete process of the Flooring works. This will involve procurement, Client Liaison, Management of contractors on site work, once work is complete assessing the Quality of the role and arranging for remedial work to be carried out if required and all preparation and signing off on the final account of the project.

Requirements for Successful Candidate:
Our clients are seeking an experienced Contract Flooring Project Manager. You will be immediately capable of taking on workload up to and including the duties above with minimal supervision. Our clients see this as a key role, you must be capable of all aspects of the role from the off. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Industry specific Quantification Software such as Callidus is desirable. A Solid and accomplished track record in Contract Flooring is required. The location of the majority of the role is in and around London though at times working further afield and at times in the offices in the Home Counties area will be required, our clients would ideally like the candidate to come from within easy commuting area to their Basingstoke area offices but are open to candidates from further into London Area.

Rewards:
In return our clients are offering the chance to build a key role in a well established but fast growing operation and a negotiable package in the region of £50k to £55k to start plus Company Vehicle (Electric potentially).
