The Role

As a Wills Administrator, you will play a key role in preparing and reviewing Wills and related legal documents. Working from instructions, you will use specialist drafting software to produce accurate and compliant Wills.

You will also liaise with clients to confirm details and clarify instructions where needed, ensuring each document reflects their wishes precisely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft Wills using specialist software from provided instructions
  • Review and proofread documents for accuracy and consistency
  • Liaise with clients to confirm or clarify details
  • Maintain accurate client records and correspondence
  • Support the wider team with administrative tasks related to Wills and LPAs
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and legal requirements

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly with clients.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in an administrative or legal support role (private client experience desirable)
  • Familiarity with Wills and LPAs
  • Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills
  • Confident using computer systems and document-drafting software
  • Professional, proactive, and client-focused approach

Preferred:

  • Prior experience using Will-drafting software
  • Understanding of estate planning terminology and processes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.57 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Work Location: In person
