Job Overview:

This role is a critical enabler of Arm's enterprise AI transformation — connecting data, insight, and strategy to quantify and accelerate the impact of AI across the business.

Operating across AI Enablement, Data, IT, Finance and wider enabling functions, turning complex data into clear evidence of business impact, helping senior leadership make data-driven decisions, prioritise investments, and demonstrate measurable progress toward OSKRs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead analytics and insight generation across Arm's AI ecosystem.
  • Design and handle frameworks to measure adoption, productivity, ROI, and business impact across functions.
  • Quantify the outcomes of AI Enablement initiatives, including the AI Champions Network, AI curriculum, and communications strategy.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives, dashboards, and reports for the CIO and Executive Committee ensuring AI outcomes are visible, credible, and aligned with enterprise priorities
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and risks — providing forward-looking intelligence that shapes Arm's AI roadmap.
  • Lead all AI-related reporting requirements, including regular and ad hoc analytics requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Conduct market and internal research to benchmark Arm's AI maturity and performance against peers and monitor global AI trends, emerging tools, and best practices.
  • Support development of AI business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI models.
  • Provide the analytical foundation for Arm's AI Enablement strategy — including the AI Champions Network, learning programmes, and internal communications.
  • Act as a strategic analytics partner for the AI Enablement team — turning data into insights that measure adoption, engagement, and impact.
  • Feed insights back into programme design, recognition initiatives, and leadership briefings to continually improve outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, or equivalent BI tools with a solid grasp of data modelling, analytics, and visualisation.
  • Experience with data querying or scripting (SQL, Python, or similar).
  • Ability to design ROI models, productivity metrics, and cost-benefit analyses.
  • Understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
  • Skilled in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Custom GPTs, Power Automate, Azure OpenAI, etc.) for analysis, automation, and insights.

"Nice To Have" Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge of enterprise systems (Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow) for data integration context
  • Familiarity with change analytics, AI value frameworks, and cultural impact measurement.
  • Experience with Power Automate, Python notebooks, or AI dashboards
  • Understanding of AI-driven process intelligence and measurement automation.
