Role: Production Engineer

Location: Worksop, S80 3AT

Hours: 40 hours per week | between 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday

Hourly rate: between £38, £45,000.00 pa DOE

In this role, you'll be the vital link between Production and Engineering, streamlining processes, introducing new technologies, and solving real-world manufacturing challenges. From improving productivity and quality to supporting prototype builds and creating process documentation, your work will shape how we deliver excellence.

What you'll bring:

  • A degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Electrical)
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of lean principles, manufacturing processes, and digitalisation
  • A hands-on approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement

What you'll do:

  • Identify and resolve production bottlenecks
  • Implement new processes and technologies
  • Create build instructions and risk assessments
  • Collaborate across departments to drive results
