are searching for a
Block
Manager
for an area specialist property management company in
Cornwall
. Our client has an experienced team of property managers and assistants who support the smooth running of the department. In this position, you'll be managing a local portfolio of 30 residential blocks, all being under 18 metres. We're looking for a block manager who has at least 2 years' experience and has exercised all duties of the job, including budget management, coordinating major works, and chairing AGM's.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of 30 leasehold blocks across Cornwall
  • Arranging for major works to be completed
  • Charing Annual General Meetings with leaseholders
  • Handling insurance claims
  • Setting and managing the service charge budgets
  • Uphold excellent customer service

Salary/benefits

  • £40,000 salary
  • 1 day working from home
  • Monday – Friday, flexible working (8:30–4:30)
  • Time off in lieu for AGM's
  • 28 days annual leave
  • TPI Sponsorship
  • Clear scope for career progression

Qualifications And Skills Needed

  • 2 years' experience in block management
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Customer service focused
  • Excellent time management and people skills
