Hours: Full-time, 50 hours per week (10 hours per day)
About the Role
Are you passionate about leading teams to make communities safer and tackling anti-social behaviour? We're looking for an experienced and proactive Team Manager to oversee our Neighbourhood Patrol team working with Brent Council.
In this role, you'll manage a team of officers, ensuring high standards of service delivery, coordinating operations, and working closely with local partners to reduce anti-social behaviour and improve public safety.

What You'll Do
- Lead, manage, and support a team of neighbourhood officers
- Monitor and ensure team performance meets operational targets and KPIs
- Develop and implement action plans to resolve complex ASB issues
- Coordinate patrols, investigations, and community engagement activities
- Liaise with council partners, community groups, and other stakeholders
- Review and quality-check reports and evidence gathered by officers
- Mentor and coach team members, providing feedback and development opportunities
- Contribute to strategic planning and operational improvements
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- At least 2 years' experience in community safety, ASB enforcement, or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines
- Experience in partnership working with local authorities and community groups
- Problem-solving mindset with an investigative approach
- Professional, calm, and resilient in challenging situations
- £17 per hour, full-time contract
- 5-6 working days per week, 50 hours per week (10 hours per day)
