Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced Painter & Decorator, located in Chichester. The Painter & Decorator will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying paint, handling spray painting, and ensuring all coatings are properly applied. Additional tasks include maintaining a clean work environment, completing finishing touches, and working collaboratively with other team members to meet project deadlines while upholding QUALITY FIRST DECORATORS LTD's professional standards.

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive skills in Paint, Painting, and Decorating applications
  • Experience with Coatings and Surface Preparation
  • Proficiency in Spray Painting techniques
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality finishes
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team
  • Previous experience in residential and commercial painting and decorating projects
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards on construction sites
  • Valid driver's license is desirable
