Position SummaryAccountable for leading the developmentand execution of marketing strategies and initiatives across the United Kingdomand Europe. This role contributes to driving business growth, increasingrevenue, and strengthening market leadership in alignment with overallorganizational objectives. Key AccountabilityFully ownend -to -end marketing initiatives and lead cross -functional collaboration todeliver success.Strategize,develop, plan, and lead integrated marketing communication initiatives alignedto business objectives, both financially and non -financially, given cleartargets and KPIs.Develop andexecute the annual marketing plan, go -to -market plan, and strategy incollaboration with other teams, both external and internal stakeholders.Drive and managestrategic business partnerships, ensuring partnerships continuity and measuringtheir impact on business goals.Lead and workwith internal cross functional team and external parties in integratedmarketing communication initiatives to achieve the set objectives by ensuringthe right media touch -points to reach the right audience at the right time withthe right content.Collaborate withthe Senior Manager to design effective integrated marketing communication plansthat translate into achieving business objectives. This includes ensuringbriefing to internal and external team are done adequately, setting campaignobjectives and measurements, identifying target audience, budget allocation,planning and implement marketing campaigns, optimizations, and post campaignreview.Work withMarketing Leadership to design and improve current processes and ways ofworking, and ensure adherence to deliver marketing initiatives success.Foster strongworking relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners,including creative team, digital marketing, media agency, PR agency, andcorporate communication teams.Lead continuousimprovement and manage change through planned and ad -hoc marketing initiatives.Track, monitor,and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance targets.Manage and beaccountable for local agency performance. RequirementsBachelor's degreein Marketing, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 7years' experience in marketing, preferably within the travel, tourism, oraviation industry.Proven experiencein integrated marketing communication strategy and execution.Experience indigital performance marketing, from planning to execution; familiarity withdigital advertising platforms is an added advantage.Strong expertisein integrated marketing communication planning across all consumer touchpoints,with a solid understanding of both traditional and digital channels.Comprehensiveunderstanding of the full consumer funnel, with hands -on experience inoptimizing digital conversion campaigns.Knowledgeable inwebsite property taxonomy and digital performance metrics, including Cost PerMille (CPM), Cost Per View (CPV), Cost Per Lead (CPL), Conversion Rate (CR),Engagement Rate (ER), and viewability, with a clear understanding of thefactors impacting performance.
