Finance & HR Operations Specialist (m/f/d)

What we look for:You take ownership of payroll processing and ensure accurate, compliant, and timely execution of all pay-related activities.You support maintaining accurate employee and financial records, including payroll journals, time & attendance data, and related documentation.You support with accounting tasks such as invoice processing, expense management, account reconciliation, and monthly reporting.You collaborate with our Finance team and support internal HR processes across the employee life cycle, such as onboarding/offboarding, HR documentation, and workforce data management.You help refine internal processes, implement new tools, and support HR and finance digitalization initiatives.You ensure compliance with payroll regulations, financial policies, internal guidelines, and audit standards.You maintain a proactive, structured, and service-oriented approach, supporting business teams and leadership with reliable HR and finance operations.What we require:You hold a university degree with excellent grades in n HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.You bring experience in payroll processing and a strong grounding in finance or accounting. You have a solid understanding of UK payroll legislation, HMRC processes, and tax-related topics.You demonstrate excellent numerical accuracy, analytical skills, and attention to detail.You possess strong organizational capabilities and can manage multiple deadlines.You communicate clearly and professionally, maintaining high confidentiality with sensitive data.You are comfortable working with finance and HR systems.You have a strong service-oriented mindset, and are aware of the need for discretion and confidentiality in the HR team.You are an absolute team player with a hands-on mentality, combined with strong assertiveness and an interest in digitalization.You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team in an international environment.
