Your New Role

As Commercial Officer, you'll be at the heart of the contract lifecycle - from bid development to customer support. Working closely with teams across business development, programmes, engineering, and operations, you'll ensure high-quality contractual agreements that align with project delivery goals and mitigate commercial risks.Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting customer proposals and bid development with commercial insight
  • Providing commercial support in bid review meetings and contract delivery
  • Drafting, reviewing, and finalising customer agreements
  • Collaborating across disciplines to negotiate contracts
  • Coordinating due diligence documentation and compliance

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Experience in contractual bid support, contracting, and subcontracting in an international setting
  • Familiarity with NDAs, and licence agreements
  • Strong understanding of commercial principles and programme delivery risk
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across functions
  • Proven risk identification and management capabilities
  • Analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
