Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Welcome and assist visitors with a warm smile, helping create unforgettable festive memories.
  • Tipi Bar: Serve festive drinks and treats in our cosy Tipi Bar, maintaining excellent service and hygiene standards.
  • Reindeer Encounters: Support our Reindeer Experience team, helping guests meet and learn about these wonderful animals safely and responsibly.
  • Goat Walking: Assist with our goat walking experiences, ensuring visitors have fun while animal welfare is maintained.
  • Ice Rink Assistance: Help guests get ready for skating, maintain safety on and around the rink, and keep the area clean and organised.
  • Cleaning: Keep all areas—including the Tipi Bar, toilets, and attractions—clean, tidy, and welcoming.
  • General Support: Lend a hand across different areas of the park when needed to ensure everything runs smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

  • Ages 16+: Applicants aged 16 and above are welcome.
  • Festive Spirit: Friendly, cheerful, and full of Christmas enthusiasm
  • Flexibility: Happy to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays throughout the festive period.
  • Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
