The e-Commerce Customer Service Adviser plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. You will be based at our Head Office in Rochdale.

Your duties will be varied and interesting, including addressing customer enquiries, processing orders and returns, resolving customer queries and issues, monitoring customer feedback and providing support via various communication channels, including email, live chat, and telephone.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in e-commerce customer service, be an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail and have a confident telephone manner with good attention to detail.

You will be working in a very busy office environment, and you should be able to work as part of a lively team as well as using your own initiative. You will be able to multi-task, prioritise, manage your time effectively and work well under pressure.

Previous e-commerce experience would be an advantage, although full training would be given to the right candidate.

You will work Monday to Friday and working hours can be agreed with a degree of flexibility.
