NIGHT BUTCHERY TRAINEE

We are seeking a motivated trainee to join our busy catering butchers in Bexhill. The role will be to assist the butchers to complete the following day's orders efficiently and accurately. No experience necessary as full training will be given. However, a positive attitude and willingness to learn is a must.

Your role will include:

· Preparing & packing meat as per instruction.

· Ensuring all orders are completed correctly & efficiently.

· Assisting with rotating stock as needed.

· Assisting with cleaning of the fridges & freezers

· Intaking deliveries when needed.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with multi-tasking, and happy to work in a fast paced environment. Must be able to work well as a team. We are looking for someone to start immediately if possible, but can be flexible with start dates.

42.5 hours per week – shift timings are 9am – 6.00am with a 30 minute break
