Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our organisation. Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to prospective clients' needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business growth objectives.
  • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for expansion or improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring mutual benefit for all parties involved.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and strategic initiatives to senior management.

Skills

  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles within a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent systems.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data and develop actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships at all levels of an organisation.
