About the Role:

We're looking for a Dental Receptionist to be at the forefront of our practice, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional service to our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answering phone calls, managing appointments, and coordinating patient schedules
  • Maintaining accurate patient records using Dentally software (training provided)
  • Handling patient enquiries and providing information on treatments and services
  • Managing the flow of patients within the practice, ensuring efficient use of clinician time
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, including processing payments and managing patient accounts
  • Supporting the dental team with any additional tasks as required

What We're Looking For:

  • Experienced Dental Receptionist with eligibility to work in the UK
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience within a private dental setting
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a warm and empathetic approach to patient care
  • A proactive and professional attitude with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
