Our Facilities team, based in Lewes, plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the organisation. As a key part of our infrastructure, the team ensures a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for both employees and clients.
The Opportunity: ReceptionistWe are looking for an organised and proactive receptionist to join our dedicated team in Lewes on a part-time basis. Your Role Will Involve:
- Be the first point of contact by answering calls on our main switchboard, directing them to the right person or taking messages as necessary.
- Welcome clients warmly when they arrive, assist with queries, and ensure a smooth experience for those attending meetings.
- Maintain a professional environment by keeping meeting rooms tidy and well-stocked with stationery and refreshments.
- Handle incoming correspondence by opening and filing post efficiently.
- Support our records management by preparing files for archiving.
- Keep our systems up to date by updating client information on our database (P4W) as needed.
- Ensure all required Anti-Money Laundering (AML) information and searches are completed, accurately recorded, and liaise with colleagues if further details are needed.

The Salary This position offers a salary of £13,218 per year for 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role is part of a job share, and we are looking for someone to cover the afternoon shift from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
As part of the job share arrangement, we ask that both post holders support each other by covering holidays and, where possible, sickness absence.
