Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Traffic Management Contracts Manager based in Airdrie. The role involves overseeing traffic management contracts and ensuring project compliance with regulations and safety standards. Responsibilities include planning, designing and implementing traffic management schemes, managing project resources, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and monitoring project delivery to ensure timelines and budgets are met.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of traffic management regulations and experience in managing contracts within civil engineering projects.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, coordination, and resource allocation.
  • Proficiency in Cone11 and Cad Design
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards, with a focus on maintaining and enforcing compliance.
  • Experience in budgeting, cost control, and ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
  • Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Relevant qualifications in civil engineering, traffic management, or a related field are preferred.
