Your New Role

You'll be responsible for recruiting across the renewables sector - including electricians, installers, technicians, engineers, project managers, and sales professionals. You'll interview candidates daily, using your recruitment experience in engineering, construction or technical trades to assess both capability and motivation - ensuring every person you represent can do the job and genuinely wants to do it. You'll also gather valuable market intelligence and support our Client Development Manager to deliver exceptional service to our growing base of start-up and SME clients. As you develop, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of accounts and build your own client relationships.
