We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, with deep expertise in
Marketo Engage
and
Salesforce
. This role will be pivotal in supporting the demand generation team by driving campaign execution excellence - ensuring campaign programs are set up correctly, executed consistently, and optimized for impact. You will help maintain marketing data health, streamline processes, and enable the marketing team with tools, training, and reporting.

We are open to remote candidates who demonstrate exceptional expertise and hands-on experience in marketing operations and demand generation.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution

  • Build, launch, and optimize demand generation campaigns, programs, and target lists within Marketo.
  • Develop and manage multi-step nurture workflows to engage prospects across the buyer journey.
  • Support digital advertising campaigns by managing audiences and leveraging data across platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic tools.

Performance Tracking & Analytics

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
  • Provide monthly tactical insights to improve marketing strategies and investments.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce and Marketo Measure.

Process, Enablement & Documentation

  • Create, update, and maintain templates, how-to guides, and standardized processes.
  • Train and enable marketing team members on tools, workflows, and reporting best practices.
  • Continuously refine processes and introduce automation to drive greater efficiency.

Data & Tool Health

  • Maintain marketing data quality through smart lists, workflows, and regular data health checks.
  • Provide technical support for the marketing technology stack, with a focus on Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Conduct monthly audits on UTM health, campaign spend and performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Operations, including at least 2 years working directly with Marketo Engage and Salesforce.
  • Marketo Engage expertise, including the ability to:
  • Build, test, and launch campaigns, programs, and multi-step nurture journeys.
  • Create and manage smart lists, segmentation strategies, workflows, tokens, and templates.
  • Troubleshoot campaign errors and ensure flawless execution.
  • Salesforce expertise, including the ability to:

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track campaign and funnel performance.

  • Understand and manage data flows and field mappings between Salesforce and Marketo.

  • Work with Business Systems & Sales Ops to maintain integration health.

  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

  • Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) or Marketo Certified Associate.
  • Salesforce Administrator or Pardot/Marketing Cloud Specialist certification.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, programmatic tools).
  • Knowledge of ABM platforms or additional MarTech tools.

  • Experience with Marketo Measure and attribution reporting
  • Analytical skills, advising on campaign performance & identifying opportunities for improvement
