Position Overview:
The B2B Social Media & CRM Marketing Manager will oversee our client's marketing strategy targeting business-to-business audiences, including advertisers, partners, and senior executives. This role combines social media management, CRM strategy, and email marketing to deepen engagement with key business communities and drive growth across the marketing ecosystem.
You will lead the creation of content, campaigns, and communications that position our client as the premier partner for business insight, thought leadership, and advertising innovation.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Social Media Marketing
- Strategy & Execution:
Develop and manage a B2B social media strategy across LinkedIn and other professional platforms appropriate to geographic markets (e.g., WhatsApp for the Middle East) to support sales, marketing, and partnership initiatives. - Content Development:
Create and oversee the production of high-quality posts, videos, and thought leadership content tailored to business audiences. - Community Engagement:
Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, industry leaders, and brand partners through strategic social engagement. - Performance Tracking:
Measure and report on social media KPIs to optimise reach, engagement, and conversion.
B2B CRM & Email Marketing
- CRM Management:
Oversee the B2B CRM database, ensuring accurate audience segmentation, data hygiene, and integration across marketing systems. - Email Campaigns:
Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture client relationships, promote events, and drive awareness of offerings. - Lifecycle Marketing:
Develop automated and personalised communication workflows that guide prospects through the marketing funnel. - Analytics:
Track open rates, click-through rates, and lead conversions to continually refine messaging and targeting strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with sales, events, editorial, and communications teams to amplify B2B initiatives across channels.
- Support marketing campaigns for high-profile events, such as councils, conferences, and thought leadership programmes.
- Ensure all communications align with the brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, including social media, CRM, and email marketing.
- Proven success managing LinkedIn and other professional platforms for business growth.
- Experience with CRM and email platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
- Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on storytelling and brand positioning.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in social and email analytics tools.
- Familiarity with the media, advertising, or finance industries preferred.
