Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Welcome guests on arrival and bid them farewell.
  • Take guests orders and put them on till.
  • Good knowledge of food and drinks.
  • Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety.
  • Serve guests food & drinks and check on their satisfaction.
  • Housekeeping of the Restaurant (Cleaning floors, tables, back areas)
  • Training of new team members in company standards, customer service, and job duties
  • Connects with customers and develops strong relationships to encourage repeat visitation
  • Creates an atmosphere on delivering superior customer service
  • Motivates, guides, and mentors team members to exceed goals and creates a positive environment during shifts.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • You must have at least 1 years' experience within hospitality leadership
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills are essential as well as eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Good personal appearance and hygiene.
  • Basic knowledge of food hygiene.
  • Passionate about customer satisfaction.
  • You must be flexible in terms of the working hours required of you.
  • Previous experience working in a kitchen is desirable, but not a strict requirement.
