I am recruiting for a bi-lingual (German/English) Enterprise Business Development rep for a young, successful, fast growing company.
German Account Manager
This company offer a cloud based meeting platform, including audio, video and web conferencing. Their client portfolio includes some of the biggest names (worldwide) like; LinkedIn, Facebook and Nike to name a few.
Business Development
This is a really exciting time to come on board, with ample opportunity of growth and development. Your training will take place in San Francisco for a week with quarterly trips to San Fran thereafter.

Role overview:
In the role you will be responsible for prospecting and building pipeline by working closely with Account Execs/Account Managers to identify develop and nurture relationships through targeted Enterprise accounts and territory management.
In the role you need to be prepared to get on the phone, this role would not suit someone who is shy. ?
Role responsibilities:
- Follow up and qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Exec/Managers
- Generate business opportunities to grow pipeline for new business in Enterprise targeted accounts and territories
- Work closely with Account Exec/Man to develop targeted contact lists
- Manage, track and report on all sales activities into Salesforce and other sales tools e.g. Yesware
Key required skills/experience:
- Must be bi-lingual German/English
- Must have 1-3 year's experience in Lead Generation, Sales and/or Marketing
- SaaS experience desired
- Proven track record of hitting high volume targets
- Must thrive in a goal driven environment
- Willingness to learn sales tools
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Must be articulate
- Must possess a lot of drive, ambition, energy always willing to get 'stuck in'
- Must be able to self-manage
- Must have sense of humour, likes to get involved in social events
