Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: Rotating shift pattern between 8:00am-5:00pm, 8:30am-5:30pm, and 9:00am-6:00pm
Saturday: 8:30am-12:30pm (1 in 3 Saturdays)
Salary:
- Basic Salary: £25,397 + Commission
Key Responsibilities
As a customer service advisor in our retentions team, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional customer service. This role involves managing both inbound and outbound interactions with customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience at every touchpoint.
Your responsibilities will include:
Generating Inbound & Outbound Bookings: Proactively managing workshop bookings for services and repairs, ensuring customers' needs are met efficiently.
Upselling & Cross-Selling: Utilizing your expertise to recommend additional products and services, enhancing the customer experience and driving retention.
Collaboration: Working closely with the service team to ensure smooth communication and a seamless service journey for customers.
Efficient System Handling: Managing multiple internal and external systems to deliver top-tier customer service and ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
Target Achievement: Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where you will be expected to meet and exceed KPIs for both sales and customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be an excellent communicator with a strong ability to build rapport, be highly organized, and be passionate about delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

We're seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual who possesses:
Proven Customer Service Experience: Ideally within an automotive or contact centre setting.
Excellent Communication Skills: You will need to be confident over the phone, with a strong ability to listen, understand, and offer suitable solutions.
Sales Acumen: Proven ability to upsell products or services, driving both customer satisfaction and retention.
Attention to Detail: The ability to manage customer information with precision, ensuring that every booking and interaction is handled smoothly.
Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive attitude, with a solutions-oriented mindset to handle a variety of customer needs.
Target-Driven: You should be motivated to achieve and exceed sales and customer service KPIs.
