About The Role
We're looking for a
Senior Business Development Manager
who is commercially astute, strategically minded, and passionate about building strong client relationships. In this pivotal role, you'll lead high-level client engagements, influence strategic growth initiatives, and support junior BD colleagues to develop their skills. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to co-create agile, client-centric solutions that make a real impact.

What You'll Do

• Lead client engagements and articulate MTC Training's value proposition with confidence.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape strategic growth initiatives.
• Mentor junior BD team members in meetings and solution design.
• Work cross-functionally to deliver tailored client solutions.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and maintain strong key account relationships.
• Represent MTC Training at industry events and networking forums.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in senior-level business development or account management.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills, comfortable engaging with C-suite stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a pragmatic approach to solution development.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in training, education, or manufacturing sectors is desirable.
• Strong CRM expertise and data-driven approach.
