Join Our Bright Dawn Family as a Weekend Domiciliary Care Assistant

Location: Solihull and Surrounding Areas

Pay Rates:

  • Weekend Day (8am–8pm): £13.55 per hour

  • Weekend Evening/Night (8pm–8am): £13.80 per hour

Drivers Only – must have access to a vehicle

Hours: Weekends only – Availability required both Saturday and Sunday between 7am – 10pm

What You'll Do:

You'll deliver warm, compassionate care to clients in their own homes, supporting them with everyday tasks that promote comfort, safety, and independence.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Personal care (washing, dressing, grooming)
  • Medication reminders and meal preparation
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Assisting with mobility and transfers
  • Supporting daily routines and safety at home
  • Observing and reporting changes in client well-being

We're Looking For:

  • Weekend availability: Saturday & Sunday, between 7am – 10pm
  • A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
  • A caring, reliable, and compassionate nature
  • Good spoken and written English
  • The right to work in the UK – please note we do not offer sponsorship
