Job description

The Client Service team are relationship managers working across operations, prime brokerage and global sales functions, acting as a key point of contact and escalation for both Clients and internal stakeholders, specifically within the OTC & Listed Markets Clearing space. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate daily settlement figures, resolving trade breaks, monitoring cash activity, and maintaining margin requirements. The position requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a client-centric approach.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for client queries and coordinate issue resolution across internal teams, including break reconciliation and risk management

  • Manage risk related to margins, expiries, fees & billing and market events.

  • Conduct regular client service reviews for top tier and priority Clients, prepare call reports, and analyse client metrics as part of this.

  • Enhance client experience through self-service tools and process improvements, to maintain best in class client service.

  • Identify and automate manual processes to reduce operational risk.

  • Support regulatory compliance (e.g., EMIR, CASS) and maintain client confidentiality.

  • Provide training and demos on clearing solutions and technology.

  • Handle administrative tasks and contribute to supervisory frameworks.

 Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge of Listed Derivatives or OTC Clearing preferred.

  • Strong client service experience in clearing operations.

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and risk management practices.

This is a permanent full-time position located in London with hybrid working. Expectations regarding hybrid working: 
As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the clients' offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our clients' policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our clients now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita require. However, some of our clients have now moved up to 4 days and even 5 days in the office and we require candidates to be flexible to meet our client demands.
