Role Overview:

We're seeking a motivated A&R Assistant to support our team in scouting new artists, reviewing demo submissions, and assisting with project coordination across our global roster. This is a remote position, offering flexible hours and opportunities for career growth in the music industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Discover emerging artists and music trends across streaming platforms and social media.
  • Review and organize demo submissions from potential artists.
  • Assist A&R managers with artist communication and project updates.
  • Coordinate music release timelines with marketing and distribution teams.
  • Support creative decisions related to track selection and production quality.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for music and artist development.
  • Strong knowledge of pop, dance, and phonk genres.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Spotify for Artists, SoundCloud, and YouTube Music.
  • Prior label, management, or music marketing experience is a plus (not required).

10–20 hours per week
